A lot of what we do requires us to working closely with other vendors to be successful. As with any multi-vendor project, completing our task is dependant on someone else completing theirs on time.

A few post and non-construction tasks would include:
• Terminating data and voice cables in the systems furniture. This needs to be coordinated with the furniture vendor.
• Telephone system needs to be connected to service. This coordination is with the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) i.e., Verizon AT&T…Are we transferring existing phone numbers or ordering all new? Centrix vs. PRI, BRI or T-1/T-3 This would be discussed during the POR.
• Installation of service for network connection
• Cable television cabling and service delivery
• Security needs to be connected to a monitoring source via a telephone line. The installation of the POTS line will also be coordinated. We ensure the POTS line is ordered; install date is issued and met.

We feel by maintaining a clear line of communication and keeping on top of the project, everyone involved wins…especially you.

Just because the project is over, this doesn't mean we're done. We stay involved until you are completely satisfied and have been fully trained on the systems you hired us to manage. We pride ourselves at being experts in what we do and our reputation and future projects rely on you being satisfied with the product we deliver. If you're not happy, we're not done.
