Management

BFE will attend all construction meetings on your behalf to make sure the project is still going according to schedule. We will also pay close attention to the actual construction progress by doing site visits. Delays (or advances) in the schedule happen. Most due to circumstance out of anyone's control, but can cause the schedule to slip. These slips (or advances), have a domino effect on the project. The earlier we learn of them, the better. We know you have a schedule to keep.

Before our work begins, BFE will manage coordinating delivery to the site with the property manager or building engineer. We will obtain insurance requirements, loading dock or delivery area restrictions, requirements such as dock/truck size, access, raised platform or not. If required, we will make all necessary loading dock and freight elevator reservations.

BFE will meet each vendor onsite the first day of install to do a pre-install walk through and is there to answer any questions the vendor may have. We will make daily visits to check progress until the installation is complete; everything has been tested, certified (if required) connected and you, the client, has been thoroughly trained and fully understand how your new system(s) work.
